We at Scaffolding Solutions believe that sports is a very important aspect in a healthy life, and together with cultural and social events enriches our island’s life by building stronger ties between people and communities and contributing our people’s health and well being.
That is why we are always willing to offer our own support to various sport events happening in the island.
We are happy to have contributed as sponsors to this year’s Cyprus Throwdown, an annual athletic event powered by CrossFit Cosmos that invites Athletes from all over the world to compete in various athletic activities. The 5th annual Cyprus Throwdown Event took place on the 20th and 21st of October in Limassol.
A big portion of all proceeds from the event will be donated to CY DIABEATERS, a new non-for-profit foundation dedicated to raise awareness for Type 1 diabetes, to show all children diagnosed with diabetes and their families how leading a healthy and active lifestyle can move you beyond your perceived limits, and to offer to all children in Cyprus whose lives have been touched by diabetes, access to the latest information on new discoveries and evolving therapies.
